Shipping

Orders placed before 14:00 ship the same working day.

• Kosovo — 1–2 working days. €3, free over €80.
• Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia — 3–5 working days. €9.
• Rest of Europe — 5–8 working days. €15.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to send anything back, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. Start a return by emailing hello@wearbronte.com with your order number.

Refunds land back on the original payment method within five working days of the parcel reaching us. Return postage is on you unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Exchanges

Sizes can be exchanged once, free of charge, within Kosovo. Because runs are small we cannot hold stock while a parcel is in transit — if your size sells out in the meantime we refund you instead.
